Moore Capito, Matthew Harvey, Mike Stuart Confirmed

State Treasurer Larry Pack released the following statement after the adoption of S. RES. 412: 

“President Donald Trump has selected three great West Virginians to serve on behalf of the country and the people of our great state. Each and every one of them will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their respected positions,” Treasurer Pack said. “I look forward to working with Moore, Matt and Mike to implement President Trump’s agenda. We will make West Virginia and America great again.”

Capito, Harvey and Stuart were confirmed by the U.S. Senate for the following positions: 

·      Moore Capito, of West Virginia, to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia for the term of 4 years.

·      Matthew Harvey, of West Virginia, to be United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia for the term of 4 years.

·      Michael Stuart, of West Virginia, to be General Counsel of the Department of Health and Human Services
