Information maintained by the West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office is shared with our employees, our agents and our contractors. Information provided to us from persons registering for seminars through our web site is maintained in databases. Based upon decisions of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, names and addresses of persons are not personal information and are to be disclosed.
